Mihir Choksi is the Head of Trading at STP partners, leveraging over 15 years of experience in capital markets across multiple asset classes. He has a proven track record in execution trading, investment management, and financial structuring. Notable for being named as a Rising Star Trader in 2017 by TheTrade, Mihir is known his market structure knowledge trading multi-asset across Europe, US and Asia.

Before joining STP Partners, Mihir served as Head of Trading and COO at RB Capital Partners, while also holding previous roles as Director at Cowen and Senior Equity Trader at Louis Capital Markets.

Mihir holds a degree in Finance and Accounting from Brunel University. Outside of work, he enjoys a variety of sports, mainly golf, cricket and tennis.

Norhan is a Senior Operations Officer at STP Partners, managing and overseeing daily operational processes within the Prime Brokerage division. She brings over eight years of experience in global finance and investment banking to the role.

She started her career at EFG Holding, holding several roles including Analyst in Retail High Net Worth Sales, Associate in Middle Office, and Associate VP in Back-Office Operations. Her expertise includes market analysis, equity research, and optimizing liquidity management for non-DVP clients.

Norhan holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance & Investment from a joint program between Georgia State University and Cairo University, graduating with honors. She has successfully passed the CFA Level I exam and is fluent in English and Arabic. In her free time, she enjoys exploring new cuisines ad learning new languages.

Elia is the Operations Manager at STP Partners, overseeing back-office operations, including settlements, financial reporting, corporate actions, and daily operational tasks. Elia ensures seamless operational workflows and supports the treasury team with cash management and financial instrument operations.

She began her career at Fidus SAL in Beirut, Lebanon, as an Execution Officer in the Back Office Department, where she managed accounting, finance, and regulatory reporting to the Central Bank of Lebanon. Prior to joining STP Partners, Elia worked at SHUAA Capital as a Senior Analyst in Operations, gaining extensive experience in operational management.

Elia holds a degree in Banking and Finance, has certifications in Financial Instruments, Combating Financial Crime and Banking Ethics, and is fluent in English, Arabic and French. In her free time, she enjoys music and reading.

Kamila Rojek is the Onboarding Specialist at STP Partners, responsible for initial due diligence and onboarding of new client firms. Since joining in January 2024, Kamila has been instrumental in streamlining onboarding processes and enhancing compliance protocols.

She began her financial services career at Lloyds Banking Group (UK) in the Operations function. Kamila holds the Fundamentals of Financial Services credential from the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI) and is pursuing the CISI International Operations Certificate. She also holds the ICA Certificate in KYC & CDD.

Kamila is fluent in Polish and English. In her free time, she enjoys fitness, personal development and reading.

Sylvain Lemaire is a Senior Portfolio Manager at STP Partners, leveraging over 28 years of experience in capital markets, as a Hedge Fund Portfolio Manager, and as a Senior Proprietary Trader focusing on Arbitrage Strategy.

Sylvain launched the first Long Short Market neutral Equity Fund in France in 2001 and went on to take the responsibility of the Long Short and Event Driven Strategy at Systeia Capital management in 2005. He also ran proprietary trading books at BNP Paribas arbitrage and Credit Agricole Indosuez. Sylvain is proud to have never had a single negative year all along his career. He has managed up to €700 million. Then, Sylvain spent 15 years in the sell-side Industry where he developed a strong and successful franchise at Tradition and market Securities in Dubai as a Head of Statistical and Quantitative Trading Strategy Cross Assets. He worked with the biggest European Hedge Fund.

Sylvain holds a DEA in Finance and a Master's obtained at ESCP in 1998. He is fluent in French and English. Outside of work, he enjoys sport.

Roberto is the Director of Research at STP Partners, where he supports the trading team by leveraging his expertise in financial markets, valuation, and research methodology. He contributes to the development of multi-asset class investment strategies and helps identify asymmetric opportunities across global public markets.

He began his career at Degiro B.V. as an analyst. Prior to joining STP Partners, Roberto worked at Negma Group Investment Ltd. as a trader and analyst, where he managed the equity division’s portfolio and conducted research on special situations and underfollowed compounders for opportunistic investments.

Roberto holds a Master’s degree in Financial Risk and Data Analysis and is fluent in Italian, English, and Spanish. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, reading, and personal development.

Syed is a Senior Operations Officer at STP Partners, managing and overseeing key operational processes across global markets. He brings over four years of experience in investment banking, global equity research, and operations, with a strong focus on global markets custody and settlement activities.

He began his career as an Equity Research Analyst at Morningstar, where he gained hands-on experience in global equity research, company analysis, and financial modelling. He later worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at Acuity Knowledge Partners, supporting mergers and acquisitions transactions through financial analysis, valuation support, and deal-related research. Prior to joining STP Partners, Syed served as a Trade Settlement Specialist at First Abu Dhabi Bank, where he managed end-to-end trade settlement processes, reconciliations, and cross-border custody operations across international markets.

Syed holds a Master's degree in Finance and is a CFA Charterholder, demonstrating a strong foundation in ethics, investment analysis, portfolio management, and capital markets, reflecting a deep commitment to globally recognized professional standards. He is fluent in English, Hindi, and Urdu.

Thomas is a Multi-Asset Trader who executes trades on behalf of clients across a wide range of asset classes, including equities, derivatives, fixed income, and foreign exchange. He primarily works with algorithmic execution strategies, ensuring efficient and disciplined trade implementation.

He has four years of experience in the Swiss banking system, notably at Baer Bank, where he worked as a Multi-Asset Investment Specialist and served as a member of the Investment Committee. In this role, he developed and executed tailored trading strategies for clients. His expertise is focused on alpha generation, particularly in equities and derivatives, and he is known for his rigor, speed of execution, and strong risk discipline.

Thomas holds a Master’s degree in Finance from Toulouse Business School and a Master’s degree in International Business from Université Paris Dauphine. He has complemented his academic background with additional certifications in Python Programming from the University of Leeds and Blockchain Fundamentals from INSEAD.

He is fluent in French, English, and German. Outside of his professional activities, he enjoys tennis and golf, traveling, and cultural pursuits.
